House Buy Fast are one of the largest property buyers in the UK, with our offices located in Worthing, West Sussex.
Founded in 2008 to help sellers connect with investors, we have since evolved into a property buying company.
We're also founding members of The National Association Of Property Buyers.
Future Planned Ltd formed in 2008 working from Oxford House, Teville Rd, Worthing. Specialising in the acquisition of Auction and Below Value Property by investors during the Credit Crunch.
Due to the success of the business more staff were required and the offices were outgrown.
The company moved to 7 Liverpool Terrace, Worthing, a large Georgian property providing the required space.
As the market started to improve Get An Offer was acquired, creating one of the first online estate agencies in the country.
The company began to focus on property purchases and relocation services alongside GetAnOffer.
The House Buy Fast website was launched to promote the Cash Buying brand and to act as a resource for property sellers looking at all options for the sale of their home.
As one of the major companies in the sector, House Buy Fast attended various meetings with The Office Of Fair Trading (OFT) during their study into the sector.
The OFT recommended the sector adopted improved practices. Jonathan Rolande, Director of House Buy Fast formed The National Association of Property Buyers (NAPB) to encourage other firms to use best practice and to advise sellers of the best sale routes available to them.
Membership of The NAPB has grown with excellent feedback from the general public.
The levels of interest in House Buy Fast steadily increased leading to more property purchased year on year.
Membership of The National Association Of Property Buyers grew to include nearly all of the most reputable property buyers in the United Kingdom.
We increased our buying by around 60%.
In 2016 we further expanded our property buying service successfully completing on homes throughout England and Wales.
As one of the best known property buyers in the country, we were very pleased to be featured in National Press such as The Mail Online, Heart FM, The Mirror and The Daily Express.
Our message that there is an alternative to just selling with an estate agent - in an uncertain world, we do as we say, every time.
Can we buy your property?
Here at House Buy Fast, we believe that everyone should be able choose when and how to sell their house.
We offer an alternative to the traditional Estate Agency methods and can buy any house in the United Kingdom.
We’ve been helping people get sold quickly for many years and have dealt with many hundreds of sellers.
We tailor the buying process to suit you whether it’s fitting in with a convenient moving date, helping with the legal side or even finding you alternative accommodation.
Traditional property buyers can often involve a lengthy chain and the fall through rate for estate agents hovers around 30%, meaning that somebody needing to sell their house fast should really be looking for a cash buyer.

Worthing is a large seaside town in historic West Sussex, nicknamed Sunny Worthing.
There are many historical places across Worthing and recently it has seen a lot of investment and development.
The vibrant town centre of Worthing has a lot to offer. There is a weekly market in Montague Street every Wednesday and also a regular Farmers' Market throughout the year in South Street Square and Montague Place.
If you prefer to shop local (we hope so!), you can visit The Coffee House near Barclays Bank, Cafe Continental which is next to Subway by the Bandstand and Caffe Pitti opposite The Early Learning Centre, towards the other end of town.
You could also get a coffee from St Paul's Centre during the day, which is Worthing’s largest multi-arts venue and bar.
Worthing's Pier was originally designed by Sir Robert Rawlinson in 1861.
In September 1933 the pier and all but the northern pavilion were destroyed by fire. In 1935 the remodelled Streamline Moderne/Art Moderne pier was opened, and it is this that remains today. It is now a Grade II listed building.
You can read more about the history of the pier on it's Wikipedia page.
In November 2009 during strong winds, two Worthing kite surfers became the first people to kitesurf over the pier.
Splash Point is located to the East-end of Worthing's promenade. It is well designed with Tamarisk trees and an integrated water mist feature that casts rainbows through a field of boulders that were sculpted by the sea.
Goring Gap lies between Goring and Ferring, it is part of a long stretch of beach near Worthing in West Sussex. During the summer you will find a lot of wind surfers and kite surfers here.
Behind the pebble beach and a row of wind breaking trees is a large grassy area, it is popular in the summer for BBQ's, sunbathing and sports.
Here are a few other places we think are worth a special mention.
