A Quick Property Sale – In Just Four Hours!

A quick house sale is something many people dream of but not something many people get.

When we were told by one of our clients they needed the sale to go through within a day we rose to the challenge and completed the purchase in just four hours.

It sounds impossible, right? Wrong.

As a professional property buying company we are set up to buy homes fast – but even this one was quick for us.

Once the purchase price was agreed upon on October 6, 2016, and the client had signed the paperwork and posted it to our solicitor we got straight to work to push it through for the October 7 deadline.

On the morning of October 7th our solicitor received the paperwork and carried out property searches straight away. Luckily the searches didn’t turn up anything untoward. We put in place special insurance to cover us as there wasn’t time to do more in-depth searches so we were able to complete the purchase four hours later.
