In 2014, Feefo started the Trusted Service Awards to honor brands using their platform for verified reviews, getting great feedback from customers. These awards are special because they truly show a business’s commitment to excellent customer service by looking at feedback from real customers.

Feefo works with over 6,500 brands and is the world’s largest provider of verified reviews. They help brands understand their customers by analysing these reviews and offering insights into trends, needs, and habits.

Consumer confidence is now the highest since 2021, indicating an improvement in living standards. However, consumers are still careful with spending. The standout businesses will be those focusing on service excellence and incorporating a customer advocacy strategy. The Platinum Trusted Service Awards from Feefo go to businesses maintaining Gold standards for three consecutive years. To get a Gold Trusted Service Award, businesses need at least 50 reviews with a Feefo service rating between 4.5 and 4.9 from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023.
