We welcome the study by The Office of Fair Trading into this sector of the property market.

We have liaised with the OFT for a number of months and intend to be an integral part of it’s intention to improve standards within the industry and to inform property sellers of their options when selling a property.

We have been advocating tighter regulation for a number of years hence our decision to voluntarily join The Property Ombudsman Scheme some time ago.
