Yes you can. The only thing we’ll need to check for you is the estate agent’s contract (if there is one) so we can see whether you may have to pay them commission even if we buy directly from you, the owner.

We’re used to checking the small print so we can sort this out before a sale is agreed, so that you can take it into account financially.
