An end of terrace two bedroom stone cottage with sitting room, kitchen, rear lobby, bathroom, small front garden and courtyard to rear. We loved the old world charm of this former mining cottage.

Many properties in this area were built using mundic blocks – blocks made using waste rock worked from mining, quarrying and free supplies of beach gravel. Decomposition of mineral constituents of these blocks can take place.

Testing for Mundic had already been carried out so after the survey and mining searches had been completed, we purchased, working to a date that suited the seller.
