A speedy sale was needed to suit the seller so we did all we could to help. This 1920 built 3 bedroom mid-terrace had a few issues to look at which would have put off a novice buyer, but had been partly refurbished.

A small garden to the rear might not suit everybody either but we could see the potential. We bought it from start to finish in just a number of days, covering all of the costs too.
