What happens after I agree to sell to House Buy Fast?
Once we’ve agreed to buy your home, sit back and relax. Using a property buying company means that we will take care of the arduous tasks involved in selling a home.
What we will do next is instruct your solicitor to carry out the conveyancing process. In very simple terms, this is the legal transfer of the property from your ownership to ours.
Your role in the whole process should be confined to signing contracts and answering some basic inquiries about the property. It’s a very straight forward process and stress free!
