I’m a property buyer and co-founded House Buy Fast in 2008, slap-bang in the middle of the financial crash. I have been in the property business for more than 30 years and have traded over 700 properties during that time. In 2013 I founded The National Association of Property Buyers (The NAPB), a non-profit organisation to improve standards in the sector and to help homeowners make a more informed choice when selling up.

Also in 2013 I began to be asked to comment in the press about the property market’s ups and downs and an array of housing issues. I have since commented in the national press hundreds of times and have appeared on ITV, LBC and GBNews a few times too.
