This Week In Property, January 12th – 16th, 2015

This week, our favourites; Google, have announced they will be expanding into the entire building they currently occupy less than half of, in Kings Cross.

Elsewhere, easyProperty join the dispute against new property portal “OnTheMarket”, accusing them of malpractice, citing “prioritising agency profits” as a reason to force them out of the market.

Politicians William Hague and Boris Johnson make the news this week, announcing retirement and a new property development investment respectively.

We finish the week, of course, with more bad news for tenants, as rent increases 3% nationwide.
