Is There A Set Time Scale To Conclude Once You’ve Reserved A New Build Home?
The timescale really depends upon anything that’s within the contract of sale or the agreement that you signed when you paid a deposit for the new build.
So very much depends on when the property will be completed.
Normally deposits can be taken when plans are prepared right up until the building itself is actually finished, it’s actually the stage of the building that dictates when you can complete more than the contract itself.
