The end of the week is upon us, and that means it’s again time for This Week In Property, summing up the UK property market.
Bad news for people renting in the UK on Monday. The South West saw the highest rise in England of 11.4% in the three months towards July. While in Scotland they increased 11.2%. Ever fancied getting a pizza directly delivered to your bedroom? Well now you can in the new Gatti House development.
EVEN more bad news for UK homebuyers on Wednesday. The housing market saw stock fall dramatically in July. A total of 13.2% across the UK and nearly 15% in London. It’s not all doom and gloom as the £26 million starter home programme has been announced in the UK on Thursday.
An ex-council flat in London< has sold for a staggering £1.2 million pounds. Near Covent Garden, the home was bought for £130,000 in 1990 and has shown a return on investment of 800%!
